An Amber Alert has been issued for young girl abducted from outside a junior high school in Newburgh, police said Wednesday afternoon.
Police describe the abducted child as a black girl who is 5-years-old with long, black hair. She is approximately 3-feet tall and wearing a short-sleeve, bright pink shirt.
