Cuomo Cautions Against Panic, Says Fuel Is on the Way

With gasoline supplies scarce, many stations in and around New York closed up shop while stations still open drew long lines of cars that spilled out on to roadways. Gov. Andrew Cuomo urged residents to be patient and not panic Friday, promising fuel was on the way.
