Con Ed Says Most Customers Won't Have Power Until Weekend of Nov. 10

Con Edison said it expected most of its customers still in the dark would not have service restored until next weekend, Nov. 10 and Nov. 11. Customers in the hardest hit areas could be without power for a week after that or longer.
